I have a discount code – where do I enter it?

You can enter the discount code at the final stage of the order. After you enter the code, a new discounted value will be displayed in your basket.

Can I use more than one discount codes at once?

Discounts cannot be combined unless the terms of the sale state otherwise. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Can discounts be combined?

Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts do not apply to gift vouchers or products whose price is already reduced.

Can I pay upon collection?

Payment upon collection is not available at the moment. You may pay for your order by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. You can read more on this here.

What can I do if I’m not happy with my product?

We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your product! If don’t find your product to your liking for whatever reason, you can let us know via email at info@ernestinne.com and return the item to us within fourteen (14) days as per the returns instructions. All queries related to complaints, returns and replacements can be sent to complaints@ernestinne.com.

Who will deliver my parcel?

We send our products with Pošta Slovenije. 

However, Ernestinne reserves the right to choose a different shipping provider if this will make the fulfilment of the order more efficient.

Is paying by card online safe?

We use an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security system on our website to securely transfer data. However, you are also responsible for the protection of their personal data by securing their usernames and passwords and using an adequate (antivirus) software to protect their computer.

How much does delivery cost?
